This is the whole automatic frying line.1.Cleaning and lifting machine:

2.Cleaning and peeling machine:
Peel and clean potatoes.
3.Picking conveyor line:

4.Frensh fries cutter:
Cut potatoes into strips, flakes, or wavy slices.
5.Blanching machine and blowing machine:
Remove starch and sugar from potatoes because too much sugar can make cooking oil paste.
6.Air dryer:
After the potatoes are drained and dried, there are many drying methods, most of them will choose steam type, or heat transfer oil, electricity, steam, etc. We will make the machine according to your needs.
7.Frying machine:
The frying machine is to fry the prepared potatoes,heating mode can also be selected(electric/gas/heat transfer oil),and the size will be customized according to your production needs.The column lifting device,carbon oxide extinguishing system,oil-water separation technology and precise temperature control of the frying machine will ensure the best and most uniform color of the products produced.If you choose our filter can also filter oil to the maximum extent to save costs.
8.Air cooler:
The freshly fried products are blown with oil and cooled.
9.Picking conveyor line:

10.Quick freezer:
